Our staff will follow a customized routine or help you with a special chore… it’s your choice. Starting with a thorough walk-through of your home, we will work with you to assess your cleaning needs and desires. Think of us as your personal assistant and tell us what and how you would like us to accommodate you. We will then assign a team to your home to provide you with consistent personalized service. The team will do your cleaning every time so they can become even more familiar with your home and preferences. We will follow-up with you weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly (your choice) to ensure that all of your needs are being met and exceeded. We are not your typical maid service, we won’t be happy until you’re happy and able to relax in a tidy home.

As Needed, Deep Clean, or Regular Maid Service Available

We believe that your cleaning needs are as unique as you are, so it’s no surprise that we offer a customized cleaning service which can be specifically tailored to meet the needs of your family. If you’re not sure what you want, a member of our team is always happy to undertake an initial visit to go through your home with you, helping to identify the areas which could benefit from some extra cleaning input.  Every family is different.  If you have small children at home maybe it’s the standard weekly or bi-weekly service for the whole house.  With teenagers maybe bi-weekly service of just bathrooms and floors and a monthly or quarterly whole house clean.  Focusing on chores allows teenagers to participate more in the maintenance of the home; keeping their rooms clean and helping out with kitchen duty or dusting.  Retirees, depending on their commitment to retirement, might choose regular bi-weekly service or a monthly or quarterly maintenance clean.  Our service is completely customizable from areas we clean to the intervals we clean.

Post-Construction Cleaning Services (Finishing Clean)

One of the downsides of having building or refurbishment work undertaken on your home is the amount of mess which the process generates. Even conscientious construction crews leave swaths of dust and debris behind them, which can seem to linger despite your best efforts. In these situations, our post-construction cleaning services are the ideal solution. Our skilled, experienced team have the right tools and techniques to provide a really deep down clean to any area of your home, removing every trace of building activity.  (We do not have shop vacuums to provide the initial post-construction clean, we only provide finishing cleans or the final clean before occupancy.)

We Find the Dirt That No One Else Does

A particular problem with the dust and particulate matter which construction projects generate, is its ability to spread out over the whole house. Even if work is confined to one room, debris still seems to track through into other areas. We won’t just clean the immediate area; if required we’ll go through the entire house, cleaning baseboards, light fixtures, door panels, curtain rods and all those other nooks and crannies where dust can hide. Whether you’ve had a new kitchen put in, an extension added or had your bathroom renovated, our post-construction cleaning services will get your home back to its usual pristine condition.

Move In Move Out & Real Estate Cleaning Service

Moving in or out of a home? Let us clean before you move, after you move or both! For real estate agents this is the perfect clean if you are in property management. Consider a move-in clean before you next tenant moves into your rental or lease property. A Move-In, Move-Out, Real Estate Clean, makes a wonderful first impression and ensures you can relax in your new home. Please make sure that all utilities are available until the day following your service.  Move-in cleans are the same as our Deep Cleans and include cleaning inside cabinets, drawers & closets.  If you spray the oven with an oven cleaner, like Easy Off, we can also clean the inside of the oven.  Please let us know if you want us to sweep the garage, clean inside the refrigerator or dish washer, this is not part of the standard service.  Move-out cleans are the same as our General Clean and do not normally include inside cabinets, drawers, closets or appliances.  See our FAQ page for more information on Deep Clean vs General Clean and who can have a General Clean.
